Cancellation Policy

• You may request to cancel your tour reservation up to 48 hours before the date and time of the pre-booked tour and no charges or fees will be applied.
• Cancellations between 48-24 hours before the pre booked tour, will be charged 50% of the cost of the original tour booked
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the pre-booked tour will be fully charged the full100% rate of the original tour fee that was booked.
